Description Of Work: Came and completely tore out old driveway and poured a new driveway and repaired the sidewalk as well.
Member Comments: I had cracks in my driveway from trees in the yard from the roots growing underneath the cement; SW came out, completely tore out the driveway, re poured concrete and even fixed parts of the sidewalk. I was out of the country and very worried how it would go without me being there. The concrete was poured evenly and looks great and the fact they repaired the sidewalk as well was just a topper! The approach to the driveway was repaired as well .

Description Of Work: He changed the support and cross beams in the garage and some of the wood and stucco.
Member Comments:Termites attacked some of the support and cross beams in the garage of a building we own. We checked and got several estimates and voil we found Tommy Grimberg of Southwest Construction. It was the best experience we have had dealing with a contractor. They got the permit, met the inspector when necessary, and completed the job quickly and neatly & with very little inconvenience to my tenants. Best of all, he did several things that were not included in the contract and without charge!!

Description Of Work: THE OLD CONCRETE WAS BROKEN UP AND REMOVED AND NEW CONCRETE WITH A SPECIFIED DESIGN WAS CREATED. THIS INCLUDED THE DRIVEWAY AND WALKWAYS.
Member Comments: IT WAS FLAWLESS. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND PERFORMED GREAT WORK ON SCHEDULE. I ASKED THEM TO COPY MY NEIGHBORS DESIGN OF RIVER STONES IN THE CONCRETE AND THEY DID IT TO A "T." I HONESTLY COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE COMPANY, THEIR WORKERS AND THE JOB DONE.

Description Of Work: I bought a house to live in and Tommy's company was recommended to me by a neighbor. I needed to expand the house and make it larger by adding a den and two bedrooms and enlarging my kitchen. They also remodeled the existing master bathroom. Job was done in 8 months, start to finish. I am happy with the service and felt it my duty to report good work so that others can use this fine company. If you are interested in an addition or new construction project, this company is for you.
Member Comments: The total addition project started by Tommy providing us his architect and the plans were drawn up. Prior to doing any addition work, Tommy's crew remodeled my bathroom and did some other general remodeling things like remove windows, doors, and some walls. Foundation was poured and the big job started. Tommy was amazing to work with. It was he whom I was in touch with and he promised me that we would have weekly meetings, which he stuck to for eight months (except one week). The crew was uniformed, English speaking, and knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. They brought in a porta-potty so the crew never entered the inside of the house until they needed to for construction. Over all, if you are looking for a remodeling contractor this company is a go! The price was competitive, not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. If you contact Tommy, he has a written referral from me with my number, fell free to call me and I will tell you more!

Description Of Work: We hired Tommy and his company Southwest Construction to draw up and add 700 square feet to our home in Brentwood. Blueprints were designed and approved, engineering plans were approved and the bedroom and bathroom addition was done all by Southwest Construction.
Member Comments: When Tommy came in to the estimate, we were impressed by several things we heard & saw. 1) He was the owner & job supervisor. He did not send a salesman to sign the contract and whom we'd never see again. 2) He has all the insurance, workers comp., liability and he even offered (and we accepted) to add us on the name of the liability insurance. 3) He showed us the many projects he has going on in the same field and we talked to ALL the homeowners. Not one has ANY negative thing to say about the company. Then, several weeks later when the price came out, it was competitive. We hired him based on what we had seen and heard and from then (5 months later) we are happy we did. Wow, these guys know how to build. Everything was right in place, inspections, crew arrangements, etc. Most of the employees were uniformed with shirts so we knew who was at our house. The price never changed even though we made serious changes. Not much room left, but this company is "A " and you will be happy
